By inputting any keywords, users can obtain necessary documents which contain the key word in content in just seconds. The Document Management system(DMS) provides full text search for commonly used file types such as MS Office, Adobe PDF, Text File and HTML.
Search within Result
General key words often cause numerous document results. With ‘Search within Result’ feature, number of document found is greatly narrowed down while relevance is gradually enhanced.
Profile index values, such as date, serial number, document type, can be inputted to facilitate document search process. Whenever the user type in the predefined index values, DMS retrieves/ validates/ looks up corresponding index fields and files from Database source. User can therefore retrieve documents accurately and instantly.
Users can quickly find out specific documents by entering various search criteria at once. Advance search criteria include file type, folder name, author, annotation, created date, modified date, file within a folder and so forth.
